Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth).

Usage data: We collect basic analytics about how you use the Service, including pages viewed and features used.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

API credentials: If you choose to connect a third-party API (e.g., Kalshi), your API key ID and encrypted private key are stored in our database. We use these solely to fetch your account data on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, alerts)
  • Improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. API credentials are encrypted before storage. We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Vercel — Hosting and deployment
  • Kalshi API — Market data (when you connect your account)

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Disconnect third-party API integrations at any time
  • Export your data

7. Data Retention
